Tonight at my Weight Watcher Meeting we discussed monitoring yourself.What you do rightWhat you need to modifyWhat worksWhat doesn'tPuts you in chargeJouranling is important:
  • Increases your accuracy (The palest ink is better than the best memory)
  • Provides clarity and resolution
  • Reminds you of your goals
  • Motivates you
  • Your journal needs to be your constant companion
  • Write it down immediately
  • Remember the B.L.T.'s (Bites, Licks and Tastes)
  • Be Honest
  • Study your journal at the end of the week.
  • Look for triggers
  • Look for successes
  • Change your criteria periodically
