Today was the first day of school for Z and S. Z is in 2nd grade and S is in Kindergarten. I made scones for breakfast shaped like a Z and a S then we got ready. R surprised Z with a new cool bike for his first day of school. Z picked it out the other day at the bike shop and Z went and picked it up last night. Z was so happy to see his new yellow and black bike. R also took the training wheels off S's bike and she rode with the help of her dad. Then R rode his bike with Z and S was in the trailer to school.
I picked S up from kindergarten at 10:50am and by noon she was sound asleep on the couch taking a nap. I only wish I got a nap with her.
Z rode his new bike home from school. Bless his heart, it's a bit uphill and did it all. We stopped at the church for snowcones with the primary.
